SoundCheck(이하 "본 앱")는 사용자의 개인정보를 존중하며, 개인정보 보호를 최우선으로 설계되었습니다. 본 앱은 사용자를 식별할 수 있는 개인정보를 개발자의 서버로 수집·전송하지 않습니다. 측정 데이터와 녹음은 사용자의 기기에만 저장됩니다.

1. 수집·처리하는 정보

마이크 (오디오)

• 주변 소음 크기(dB)를 실시간으로 측정하기 위해 마이크에 접근합니다.
• 사용자가 "녹음" 기능을 사용할 때만 오디오가 파일로 저장되며, 이 파일은 기기 내부에만 저장되고 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.
• 오디오 데이터는 개발자나 제3자에게 전송되지 않습니다.

위치 정보

• 측정 기록에 위치를 표시하고 소음 지도에 나타내기 위해 위치 정보를 사용합니다.
• 위치는 기기에서 처리되어 측정 기록과 함께 기기에만 저장됩니다. 개발자 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
• 주소 변환(역지오코딩)에는 Android 운영체제의 기능이 사용될 수 있습니다.

측정 기록

• 측정값·통계·녹음 경로 등은 기기 내부 저장소에만 저장됩니다.
• 앱을 삭제하거나 앱 내에서 기록을 삭제하면 해당 데이터도 제거됩니다.

2. 제3자 서비스 (지도)

소음 지도 화면을 표시할 때, 지도 타일 이미지를 제3자 지도 서비스 CARTO(basemaps.cartocdn.com)에서 불러옵니다. 이 과정에서 표준적인 웹 요청(사용자의 IP 주소와 조회하는 지도 영역 포함)이 해당 서비스로 전송됩니다. 본 앱은 이 요청에 사용자를 식별할 수 있는 정보를 포함하지 않습니다. CARTO의 데이터 처리에 대해서는 CARTO 개인정보처리방침을 참고하세요.

3. 수집하지 않는 것

• 계정·로그인 없음 — 이름, 이메일 등 개인정보를 요구하지 않습니다.
• 광고 없음, 분석(애널리틱스) 도구 없음.
• 개인정보를 판매하거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.

4. 앱 권한

• RECORD_AUDIO — 소음 측정 및 (선택적) 녹음
• ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION / ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION — 측정 위치 표시 및 소음 지도
• FOREGROUND_SERVICE / FOREGROUND_SERVICE_MICROPHONE — 측정 중 백그라운드 동작
• INTERNET — 지도 타일 로드

5. 데이터 보관 및 삭제

모든 데이터는 사용자 기기에만 저장됩니다. 앱 내에서 개별 기록을 삭제하거나 앱을 제거하면 관련 데이터가 삭제됩니다.

6. 아동

본 앱은 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동으로부터 고의로 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

7. 방침 변경

본 방침은 필요 시 갱신될 수 있으며, 변경 시 이 페이지에 게시됩니다.

SoundCheck ("the App") respects your privacy and is designed to be privacy-first. The App does not collect or transmit any personally identifiable information to the developer. Your measurements and recordings are stored only on your device.

1. Information We Process

Microphone (Audio)

• The App accesses the microphone to measure ambient noise levels (dB) in real time.
• Audio is saved as a file only when you use the "record" feature. Such files are stored only on your device and are never uploaded.
• Audio is never sent to the developer or any third party.

Location

• Location is used to label your measurements and show them on the sound map.
• Location is processed on-device and stored only on your device together with your measurements. It is not sent to the developer.
• Reverse geocoding (address lookup) may use the Android operating system service.

Measurement history

• Readings, statistics, and recording paths are stored only in your device storage.
• Deleting a record in the App, or uninstalling the App, removes that data.

2. Third-Party Service (Maps)

When the sound map is shown, map tile images are loaded from the third-party map service CARTO (basemaps.cartocdn.com). This involves standard web requests (including your IP address and the map area viewed) to that service. The App does not attach any personally identifiable information to these requests. 3. What We Do Not Collect

• No accounts or sign-in — we do not ask for your name, email, or similar.
• No ads, no analytics.
• We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

4. Permissions

• RECORD_AUDIO — noise measurement and optional recording
• ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION / ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION — measurement location and sound map
• FOREGROUND_SERVICE / FOREGROUND_SERVICE_MICROPHONE — keep measuring in the background
• INTERNET — load map tiles

5. Data Retention & Deletion

All data is stored only on your device. Deleting records in the App or uninstalling the App removes the associated data.

6. Children

The App is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes

This policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
